Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Cora’s Atlas is operated by a small studio based in Paris, France. When this document says “we” we mean that studio. When it says “you” we mean you, the player.

2. Use of the service

You may play Cora’s Atlas for your own enjoyment. You may share your progress and solutions in private with friends. Do not redistribute the game’s puzzles, illustrations, or narrative content publicly without written permission. Do not attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service to cheat the daily leaderboard.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private. We will never email you asking for your password. You may delete your account at any time from the profile page; doing so removes your solves, your comments, your friend connections, and your purchase records associated with the email on file.

4. Intellectual property

The puzzles, narrative, characters, illustrations, and source code of Cora’s Atlas are ours. The user-submitted puzzles you contribute through /submit remain attributed to you on their published page; by submitting you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them inside the game.

5. Payments and cancellation

Atlas Pro is processed by Stripe. We do not offer discretionary refunds. You can cancel at any time from the profile page; your subscription will not renew and Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. See our billing page for operational details.

6. Liability

Cora’s Atlas is provided as a piece of entertainment software. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for anything that happens to you while using the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the change date constitutes acceptance.
